Savvanis SpyrosandClaude Opus 5.5 1027bfbce1 feat(libs): declare sceGameLiveStreamingEnableLiveStreaming and sceKernelPrintBacktraceWithModuleInfo 
PS4 titles import both and do not load without them; every call throws and
the debt files list them.
