VideoOut registers a PS4 buffer with tiling mode 0 as a GCN display
buffer since f2928f44d4, so the driver's GCN display path is reached.

KernelPanicNT 174750a6fc docs(libSceCesCs): name the firmware of the GB setters measurement 
The sceCesGbUcsProfileSet4ByteCharRange and
sceCesGbUcsProfileSetUdaMapping entry now states that the ranges,
mappings and conversion results come from a payload process on a
device (firmware 13.00).

KernelPanicNT 35d04f7de8 feat(libSceCesCs): implement the GB four-byte range and user-defined area setters 
sceCesGbUcsProfileSet4ByteCharRange accepts ranges 0, 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7
on the GB 18030 profiles and sceCesGbUcsProfileSetUdaMapping accepts 0
and 1 on the GB 18030 and GBK profiles, as measured as a payload process
on a device. Other values return 0x805C0001; a null, GBK (range) or
EUC-CN profile returns 0x805C0004. The setting is kept in the sheet and
read by the GB conversions: ranges 0 and 2 drop the four-byte BMP forms,
5 adds U+10000 and 7 adds U+10FFFF; mapping 0 makes the GB 18030
user-defined cells unassigned and mapping 1 lets GBK decode the
F8A1-FEFE and A140-A7A0 areas. Supplementary characters the measurement
did not cover throw for a non-default range.

JJenkxandClaude Opus 5.5 01a14b8964 fix(libc): store a scanned NaN as the default quiet NaN in sscanf_s 
The libc.prx that titles ship (PPSA05916, PPSA07923) stores every NaN a
floating conversion reads as the positive default quiet NaN, whatever
its sign or payload: -nan gives 0x7fc00000 for %f, 0x7ff8000000000000
for %lf and 0x7fff:c000000000000000 for %Lf. The host scanners keep the
sign. The sscanf_s scanner now rewrites a stored NaN, ten bytes for %Lf.
