BunnyFlandClaude Opus 5.5 4daeef17d2 test(vdec): align the version buffer in guest_sdec_version
The buffer is passed as a uint32_t*, so it is declared with uint32_t
alignment; a byte array could be misaligned for the 4-byte store.

BunnyFlandClaude Opus 5.5 f907949816 feat(vdec): write the software decoder version as firmware 13.42 does
sceSdecGetVersionSw, sceSdecGetVersionSw2 and sceSdecGetVersionSwHevc take a
uint32_t pointer, write the decoder version there unless the pointer is null,
and return nothing: 0 for Savc and 0x13590001 for Savc2 and Shevc, as the
13.42 modules do. guest_sdec_version checks the value, that only four bytes
are written, and the null pointer.
