bluandClaude Opus 5.5 29c52418f2 test(libkernel): take siginterrupt from libSceLibcInternal in the #9001 test 
#9001's guest_signal_interrupt_tests links libkernel and libc and includes
libc's Api.hpp. With siginterrupt served from libSceLibcInternal, the test
links libSceLibcInternal and includes its Api.hpp for the declaration.
