MultisampleTarget.cpp: main moved PrimedSharedMutex to libc and guardedColorBytes earlier in the file; GuardedRange keeps the PR's plane member, and guardedColorBytes (at its new place) keeps the PR's storedFragments change.
Debt doc: main's new written type-0/type-1 descriptor line stays, the multisampled color targets line keeps the PR's wording.
