No test reached a failing path of sceNetShutdown, sceNetListen or
sceNetAccept. CheckStateErrors runs, for IPv4 and IPv6, the errors
FreeBSD's shutdown(2), listen(2), accept(2), bind(2) and
getsockname(2) give in the 0x80410100 | errno form: an invalid `how`
(EINVAL), a closed descriptor (EBADF), listen on a datagram socket
(EOPNOTSUPP) and accept on a socket that never listened (EINVAL).
