The audio-path calculation, the export progress and thumbnail calls and
the four metadata calls are valid calls the libraries don't answer yet.
Checks requiring them to throw would fail as soon as one is
implemented, so the exact NotImplemented checks and their helpers go,
along with the output checks that depended on those calls. The
NotImplemented_nid_no_patch conversions, the debt entries and the
argument, session and handle checks stay.

For a live session, sceContentExportGetProgress and sceContentExportFromDataWithThumbnail threw a bare runtime_error, so progress.py counted them as done. An idle session's progress depends on the caller's SDK compatibility mode, and the host has no media library to export into, so both now go through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. RequireSession's not-initialized and unknown-session throws, which other calls share, are unchanged.
sceContentExportStart hands out positive session ids, at most 10 live
(SharpProspero MaxExecution), and sceContentExportFinish closes them.
sceContentExportGetProgress, sceContentExportCancel and
sceContentExportFromDataWithThumbnail take their Orbital signatures and
check the session. The host has no media library to export into, so
FromDataWithThumbnail throws before it calls either data callback, and
GetProgress and Cancel throw for a live session since no export ever
runs and their result for an idle session is unknown. An eleventh Start
and Term with live sessions throw.

sceContentExportInit2 accepted any non-null parameter block. It now throws
when the malloc or free function is missing or a reserved field is not
zero. A test covers these refusals and the init and term order.
