xXPBSXxandClaude Sonnet 5.5 b8d6a6dbca docs(debt): say that sceAudioOutOpen throws for an index other than 0 
The third argument of sceAudioOutOpen is only accepted as 0; any other
value throws after the port type, length and frequency checks. The new
entry says so, names what fpPS4, shadPS4 and KytyPS5 do with the index,
and what the titles checked pass.
