The FreeBSD permalink in the pthread_barrier debt entry covered _pthread_barrier_destroy; the count check it describes is at lines 97 to 104.

Dean GalvinandMarcZX10 f0e737ae6b test(libSceLibreSsl): keep the EVP_PKEY_id test to supported input 
The null-key case pinned a NotImplemented throw, which the test conventions do not allow. The debt entry now links evp.h, where LibreSSL 2.5.4 defines the EVP_PKEY layout, instead of evp_local.h.

Alex WhitehouseandClaude Opus 5.5 45692463c4 fix(libwebrtc): store AudioCodecInfo arguments unchecked as release upstream does 
Upstream checks the sample rate, channel count and bitrate bounds only
with RTC_DCHECK, which is compiled out of the release builds titles ship.
Keep the null-object throw and store every argument as given.
