Recover the 11.00 wrappers for sceAvSettingSetAudioOutModeAny_/Invalid_, sceAvSettingSetVideoOutModeAny_/Invalid_ and sceAvSettingSetVideoOutSource. The mode helpers fill the caller's buffer with 0xff or 0 for the requested byte count and then store the count as the first 32-bit value; a null pointer is ignored and a negative size throws because the console would memset a huge range. The source setter writes its second argument to the caller's slot. The rest of the library is an IPMI AV client and keeps throwing.
sceAvSettingSetDisplayBlackLevel and sceAvSettingTerm return 0x802A00FF
and do nothing else on firmware 13.42, measured by BunnyFl in an
emulator with null, small and all-ones arguments.
