Firmware 13.60's libSceSpSysCallWrapper.sprx jumps to libkernel's
scePthreadMutexattrSetprioceiling, which libkernel now implements, so the
wrapper forwards to it like the 47 other wrappers in the library. The
library's debt file held only this entry and is removed.
Both are exported by firmware 13.60 libSceSpSysCallWrapper.sprx as a single
jmp to the getpid and select stubs. Forward them and trim the debt entry to
sceSpPthreadMutexattrSetprioceiling.

The PE and Mach-O NID patchers rewrite each sce import name in place with its 11-character NID, so the 10-character sceNetRecv and sceNetSend imports stopped the Windows build. libSceNet now exports GuestNetRecv_nid_no_patch and GuestNetSend_nid_no_patch, as libkernel does with GuestAlarm_nid_no_patch, and the two wrappers call those.
