Adrià FranchandClaude ed79ae1a2f chore(libs): remove libReactNative.Modules.Vsh and its WebAppLauncher 
They are modules of the console's own shell (VSH), not libraries a title
links. No title in the open PRs, discussions or code references them, and
every export is a stub that throws. Their Share*, ErrorDialog* and
SystemServiceParamGet* exports duplicate libSceShare, libSceErrorDialog
and libSceSystemService (#228, #241).
