akkadbakkad89andDevin 40d89886de feat(libSceFontGs.native): implement AGC bridge exports 
Transliterate five bridge functions from the libSceFontGsm.prx bodies
shipped with PPSA13197: the drawup image/pattern wrappers validate the
AGC surface object and forward to the libSceFont record producers, the
sequence getters expose the AGC command streams, and SelectGraphicsAgc
matches the firmware 4.03 no-op body. SurfaceInit stays a stub pending
its descriptor layout.
