In GuestWebBrowserDialog.cpp, assert that sceWebBrowserDialogOpenForPredeterminedContent returns COMMON_DIALOG_ERROR_PARAMETER (0x80B8000A) when passed an allow-list with size != sizeof(WebBrowserDialogAllowList), while keeping valid addresses so the failure strictly tests structure size validation.
