JJenkxandClaude Opus 5.5 844372448b fix(libSceVideodec2): answer the generic picture query for VP9 pictures 
sceVideodec2GetPictureInfo writes the decoder's own picture layout. For a
VP9 decoder it now writes the 88-byte VP9 layout that
sceVideodec2GetVp9PictureInfo returns, instead of throwing. Mortal Shell 2
(PPSA34008) calls the generic query with that structure for its intro
movie. HEVC pictures still throw.

bluandClaude Fable 5.1 338e2cbe97 test(libkernel): skip the reparse point checks when setting one is refused for rights 
Both fixtures required FSCTL_SET_REPARSE_POINT to succeed; a user without the right would have
aborted guest_filesystem and guest_kernel_sys. They now print that the checks are skipped and carry
on, as the symbolic link checks do without Developer Mode. On this PC the control succeeds at
medium integrity, so the checks ran both elevated and unelevated.
