sceKernelVirtualQuery, sceKernelMunmap, sceKernelReleaseDirectMemory and the
reservation paths walked a copy of the whole allocation registry or of every
direct mapping under one lock on each call. The registry now answers lookups
from its ordered map, applies range replacements as patches instead of
rebuilding the map, and direct mappings carry an index by physical offset so a
release finds only the mappings it covers. Minecraft (PPSA17221) holds about
7,000 direct mappings and spent its world generation in these walks.

When --out was not given, stubgen wrote the generated code and debt lines to
sys.stdout, which translates LF to CRLF on Windows, so redirecting stdout
produced CRLF files. stdout is now reconfigured to utf-8 with LF newlines,
matching the --out path. A subprocess test checks the bytes on stdout.

The --branch mode removed the branch's own open pull request only when its
head equalled the local branch exactly. Checking commits before pushing
left the branch ahead of its pull request, so the tool reported the user's
own pull request as overlapping. The filter is now a function that also
drops any pull request whose head is an ancestor of the branch.

The previous commit replaced the out-of-range result with the default
quiet NaN 0x7fc00000, but main and FreeBSD e_acosf.c return 0xffc00000.
acosf now calls the host and restores errno, so only errno differs from
main. The guest test pins the result bits for 2.0f and -2.0f and keeps
the in-range case acosf(0.5f).

acosf returned 0xffc00000 (errno 33) for 2.0 (0x40000000), where FreeBSD
lib/msun/src/math.h returns 0xffc00000 (errno 0).
It now returns the FreeBSD result for that case. A guest test covers it
and fails on main.

A pull request body saved with a UTF-8 byte order mark starts with
U+FEFF before "### What", so the first heading is not recognised and the
checker reports the What section as missing. Decode the body file with
utf-8-sig so the mark is dropped and the sections are found.

The stub helper pattern required a leading static and a plain signature,
so exports calling helpers in anonymous namespaces, or helpers with
noexcept, a trailing return type or a pointer next to the name, counted
as done. The pattern now anchors at line start, makes static optional,
skips APS5_VABI exports and control keywords, and accepts those suffixes.

A package with no playgo-* file in sce_sys has no PlayGo data, so only chunk 0
is valid and any other id returns SCE_PLAYGO_ERROR_BAD_CHUNK_ID. A package with
playgo-scenario.json but no chunk table (PPSA01748) keeps accepting every id.
A chunk table (playgo-chunk.dat or playgo-chunkdefs.xml) still decides when it
exists. A sce_sys that holds other playgo-* files without a chunk table or a
scenario file, or a playgo-chunk.dat that is not a plgx table with a nonzero
count, throws naming the file, since no such dump is known.
Without this a title that walks the ids until the first error (Sifu PPSA03001)
never gets the error.

The chart repeated the percentages the badges and the progress map
already show. Because declaring and implementing functions usually
land together, the library line stayed near flat while the project
grew. It now plots implemented and declared library functions and
decoded shader instructions as counts; the tooltips keep the
percentage.

Remove test_built_uses_configured_ninja_outside_path per review: it copied
whatever ninja was on PATH and asserted one existed, so the suite failed on
exactly the setup this PR fixes. The rewritten tests already verify the
configured CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM is the program that runs; the suite now passes
with and without Ninja on PATH on Windows and Linux.
Four catalog titles (ProsperoTV PPSA99003, ProsperoRadio PPSA99001,
ProsperoLight PPSA99002, ProsperoLichess PPSA99009) locate their own
directory with stat("/app0/eboot.bin"), which always exists on the
console, and fall back to /data/homebrew/<title id> without it; that
directory is empty here, so they fail to load their fonts and die with
"renderer init failed". Staging the original eboot.bin next to the app
resources makes all four load their fonts; ProsperoLichess then renders
(1267 frames in 60 s on Windows).

Apple's libc++ marks floating-point std::from_chars unavailable below a
macOS 26 deployment target, so the relinker-only build fails on macOS 15
since the JSON number conversion switched to it. Use from_chars where
the standard library defines __cpp_lib_to_chars and otherwise convert
through a stream imbued with the classic locale, which keeps the
conversion independent of the host locale and keeps the full-consumption
and range checks.
Three catalog titles stop on Windows when they poll a guest socket for
POLLPRI|POLLOUT to see whether a non-blocking connect has completed:
- PPSA97510 PSXS5 (socket 0x10000002, thread gamedb, 13 s):
what(): poll: POLLPRI is not supported by WSAPoll
- PPSA98510 SwanStation (sockets 0x10000003/0x10000002, threads gamedb
and update): what(): poll: POLLPRI is not supported by WSAPoll
- PPSA99003 ProsperoTV ({0x10000001, POLLPRI|POLLOUT} at 5.3 s):
what(): poll: POLLPRI is not supported by WSAPoll
FreeBSD's sopoll_generic (sys/kern/uipc_socket.c, freebsd-src 8c639945)
reports POLLPRI and POLLRDBAND alike, only while out-of-band data is
pending (so_oobmark or SBS_RCVATMARK). WSAPoll rejects POLLPRI in events
with WSAEINVAL but reports pending urgent data as POLLRDBAND, so on
Windows the guest POLLPRI is now asked of WSAPoll as POLLRDBAND and
POLLIN as POLLRDNORM (Winsock's POLLIN includes POLLRDBAND, which would
report urgent data as readable). Measured on this host: WSAPoll reports
POLLRDBAND after a peer's send(MSG_OOB), waits for it, and clears it once
the byte is read with MSG_OOB. Linux keeps polling POLLPRI on the host.
select needs no change: libkernel's select passes exceptfds as Urgent to
the libSceNet poller, which already asks WSAPoll for POLLRDBAND, and it
does not take libkernel guest sockets on either host.
The guest send and recv refuse MSG_OOB, so urgent data only comes from a
peer outside the guest's sockets; guest_poll now sends it from a host
socket and checks that a connected pair and a non-blocking connect
report POLLOUT and not POLLPRI. TechnicalDebt records where Winsock's
answer differs from FreeBSD's once the stream passes the mark.
Depends on #3649 (poll on file descriptors), whose two commits this
branch carries, since the titles reach this stop only with it.
