Yunus Shaikh 79d7265aa9 fix(libkernel): report the internal pool query, mlockall and clock_settime as not implemented 
sceKernelInternalMemoryGetAvailableSize with an output, mlockall with valid flags and clock_settime with a valid CLOCK_REALTIME request threw bare exceptions on every such call, so progress.py counted them as done. Internal pool statistics, locking every mapping and setting the clock are not implemented, so those calls now go through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. The -1, EINVAL and EFAULT answers before them are unchanged.

Yunus Shaikh 7bfa9e7674 fix(libSceRudp): report context activation as not implemented 
Past its initialization and argument errors, sceRudpActivate threw a bare runtime_error for every valid call, so progress.py counted it as done. Transport mode checks, address conversion and connection activation are not implemented, so the valid call now goes through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. The NOT_INITIALIZED and INVALID_ARGUMENT answers are unchanged.

Yunus Shaikh f88835a37e fix(libSceNetCtl): report sceNetCtlGetInfoV6 on an IPv6 host as not implemented 
On a host with an IPv6 address, sceNetCtlGetInfoV6 threw a bare runtime_error for every valid code, so progress.py counted it as done. The layout of each answer is unverified, so that path now goes through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. The INVALID_ADDR, INVALID_CODE and IPv6-less NOT_CONNECTED answers are unchanged.

hypermist 83043eede6 test(libSceVrTracker2): stop asserting that system modes throw 
Remove the system-mode throw cases in GuestVrTracker2.cpp that tested
modes 1000 and 1001 throwing. Allocate a fresh temporary directory
atomically in EnterApplicationRoot without clobbering existing paths.
Update the debt entry without citing a source.
