Dean Galvin 9c2272b311 docs(libSceSaveDataDialog.native): say the progress bar checks reject a nonzero target 
The debt line said the progress updates reject target 0; the code accepts
target 0 and rejects any other target and a rate above 100. Reword it.

Fix-up on zzokm's change.

Dean Galvin 326b4ecc5d Merge branch 'main' into the libScePngDec pointer validation branch 
Fix-up on fogydes's change: resolve the conflicts with main's chunk scan,
input stream and scePngDecDecodeWithInputControl. Decode and ParseHeader
copy the PNG bytes in as before and run main's chunk scan on the copy,
decoding the scanned chunks. Delete forgets the input stream before
clearing the context. The debt entry now names the input-control call,
which still reads its parameters directly.

MarcZX10 af2094da43 docs(libSceNpCppWebApi): document the null body check as a host-side fallback 
The console module dereferences the request body without a null check,
so the null-body handling in InitializeParameterWithBody is a host
safety fallback, not console behaviour. Record that in the debt entry.
