On PS5 firmware 13.60 setpriority(PRIO_PROCESS, 0, v) returns 0 for -25,
-5, 5 and 25, and getpriority keeps returning 0. setpriority keeps its
target checks and returns 0 without storing the value.

Implement pthread_attr_setcreatesuspend_np, pthread_resume_np,
pthread_resume_all_np and pthread_multi_np with the sce forms
scePthreadAttrSetcreatesuspend, scePthreadResume, scePthreadResumeAll
and scePthreadMulti, following FreeBSD 11.4 libthr and the firmware
13.42 libkernel_sys module. A thread created suspended waits before its
start routine, outside any cancellation point, until it is resumed.
sceKernelRaiseException throws on Windows for a thread still suspended
at creation.
A handler that read the mask and put it back with SIG_SETMASK stored its
own signal, which sigprocmask reports from the hold, in the process mask
and cleared the hold, so the signal stayed blocked after the handler
returned. pselect, setcontext and a siglongjmp inside the handler replace
the mask the same way. When the handler's own thread releases a hold, the
signal now gets back its bit from before the handler when the handler
returns, as FreeBSD's sigreturn puts back the mask from before it. A mask
another thread sets meanwhile is kept.
FreeBSD's F_SETFL may change O_FSYNC (FCNTLFLAGS), and vn_write then
writes with IO_SYNC. The flag now lives in the status table, and the
write entry points sync a regular file after the write while it is set.
The sigtimedwait entry still said SIGPIPE has no host equivalent, and
the sigaction entry left it out of the signals whose handlers run.
guest_broken_pipe now also covers VLC's drain: with a handler and 13
blocked, sigtimedwait takes the 13 a failed write leaves pending; with
13 ignored, nothing is pending.

A write to a socket or pipe whose reader is gone fails with EPIPE and
raises SIGPIPE. Guest signal numbers reach the host only for 2, 4, 6, 8,
11 and 15, so a guest's signal(SIGPIPE, SIG_IGN) or SIGPIPE handler was
recorded but never applied: the host's SIGPIPE kept its default action
and ended the process on the first such write. Programs that ignore
SIGPIPE so that a dropped connection is not fatal, such as the VLC port,
were killed instead.
Guest signal 13 is now the host's SIGPIPE outside Windows, like the other
six. Ignoring it makes the write return EPIPE, a handler runs, and while
it is blocked under a handler it stays pending until unblocked. As for the
other mapped signals, blocking it under the default disposition does not
stop the host's default action.
GuestSignals used 13 as an example of a signal without a host
equivalent; it uses 12 now.

AppKit, which SDL uses for windows, Metal surfaces, event pumping and game
controllers, works only on the main thread, and a guest never hands its
thread back. The macOS relinker emits a call to Aps5StartGuest as the
entry of a relinked executable; no library provided it.
- Aps5StartGuest runs the guest entry on a new thread with the stack size
of the main thread (at least 8 MiB) and serves the main dispatch queue
from the run loop of the main thread. The guest ends the process with
exit; a guest entry that returns aborts.
- Aps5RunOnMainThread runs a function on the main thread and waits for it,
or in place where the main thread is the caller or Aps5StartGuest was
never called.
- libSceVideoOut sends its SDL calls through OnMainThread, which carries
the exceptions back to the caller: the initialisation and shutdown of the
video and game controller subsystems, the window, its Vulkan surface and
drawable size, the event polling and the pad, mouse and keyboard input,
which are created and destroyed there. On the other platforms the
functions run in place.
- The flip test starts its tests through Aps5StartGuest on macOS, as a
relinked guest does.

On PS5 firmware 13.60 pthread_mutex_setyieldloops_np and
scePthreadMutexSetyieldloops return EINVAL on a destroyed mutex, as the
other spin and yield loop calls already did here. The default counts
(2000 spins for an adaptive mutex, 0 otherwise, 0 yields) match.

On PS5 firmware 13.60 sceKernelGetEventError returns 0x80020000 plus the
event's fflags in 32 bits for every non-zero fflags, including values
above 0xFFFF, where it used to throw.

On PS5 firmware 13.60 sceKernelGetProsperoSystemSwVersion and
sceKernelGetSystemSwVersion return 0 for every value in the leading size
field, keep it, write the string and the packed version, and return 0
without writing for a null block.

Main's #10706 moves the declarations of exported functions and their types
into the libraries' public headers, and gives WaitForPendingInSet a
KernelTimespec timeout. The merge keeps this branch's DeliverUnblockedPending
and ChangeBlockedMask with main's KernelTimespec. It takes main's side of
the declarations in GuestSignalSets.cpp, whose setjmp and longjmp this
branch had added and libc's Api.hpp now declares. GuestSignalHandlerMask.cpp
includes the libkernel and libc public headers in place of its own
declarations and GuestSignalSet and GuestSigaction types, as the
public_headers audit requires.
FreeBSD 11.4's kern_settimeofday rejects a timeval with a microsecond
field outside 0 to 999999 or a negative second field with EINVAL before
changing anything, sets the clock from a valid timeval, and then stores
the timezone, which gettimeofday reports. settimeofday now checks the
timeval the same way and throws for a valid one, as clock_settime does,
because the host clock is not changed. A timezone given without a
timeval is stored and gettimeofday reports it instead of 0 and 0.

sceKernelInternalMemoryGetAvailableSize with an output, mlockall with valid flags and clock_settime with a valid CLOCK_REALTIME request threw bare exceptions on every such call, so progress.py counted them as done. Internal pool statistics, locking every mapping and setting the clock are not implemented, so those calls now go through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. The -1, EINVAL and EFAULT answers before them are unchanged.
Main extends the libkernel debt entry on libSceNet sockets with poll and
fcntl, where this branch adds getsockopt to the same entry; the merge keeps
both.
