Keep MultiAcbs and CommandBuffer on the unmeasured 0x57 exclusive end; split the debt entries and retain the title call-sites.

fix(agc): accept compute queue 0x58 on SubmitAcb
...
A PS5 measurement already recorded in the debt note shows queue 0x58 succeeds; raise the exclusive SubmissionQueueEnd and cover it in agc_driver_tests.

Report the dword sizes of the workload state packets and of a NOP that
carries a given number of data bytes, as libSceAgcDriver computes them.

Both submit each DCB of the address and size arrays to the graphics queue
in array order, as sceAgcDriverSubmitDcb does for one. A count of 0 is
accepted without reading the arrays; null arrays with a non-zero count and
arrays outside guest memory throw.
