This reverts commit 780b33aea3, restoring the 13824 MiB direct memory pool.

With the pool at 12288 MiB, Astro Bot (PPSA21564) can no longer load its
level: DirectMemoryAllocator asserts "Can't allocate direct memory" for a
64 MB VideoPlayerTexture with 12228 of 12288 MB in use, then the process
faults about 26 s in (2 of 2 runs, RTX 4090, Linux, main cccdaa2734).
The same tree with only this merge reverted runs the full 150 s with no
direct memory assert (2 of 2 runs).

Nicolas GonzalezandClaude Opus 5.5 2f25ab919f fix(shader): fence the LDS lock's critical section on MoltenVK 
SPIRV-Cross emits the lock's acquire compare-exchange and release
exchange as relaxed Metal atomics, so the plain LDS loads and stores of
a locked 64-bit update were not ordered against the lock and contended
ds_add_u64 lost updates on an Apple M5 Pro. On MoltenVK the driver now sets
SpirvTarget::ldsLockFences, and the lock brackets its critical section
with workgroup-scope acquire and release OpMemoryBarriers, which become
threadgroup atomic_thread_fence with no execution barrier.

xXPBSXxandClaude Sonnet 5.5 893250cf72 Merge main (951399570d) into libm/asinh-msun 
The only conflict was in GuestMath.cpp, where main's sinh tests and this
branch's asinh tests were inserted at the same place. Keep both: the asinh
checks follow the sinh ones.

p3nicillinandClaude Opus 5.5 d0d27f6183 fix(libSceSsl): throw for an empty or certificate-free system CA list 
An empty list, or one with no certificate, made SystemRoots() return a
null chain, so the connection trusted nothing. Throw and name the path,
as the missing-file case does; nothing is cached, so a later call
reads the list again.

p3nicillinandClaude Opus 5.5 f685ee8720 fix(http2): trust the system CA list for HTTPS requests 
Every libSceSsl context started without trust anchors, so a libSceHttp2
request without a verify callback failed the known-CA check. RetroArch's
updater, PS5LM and Porpoise all use version-3 templates over https://
without one. libSceSsl now parses /<sandbox word>/common/cert/CA_LIST.cer,
served by libkernel from the host trust store, once per process into its
own pool, and SslTrustSystemRoots_nid_no_patch links those roots after
the context's own authorities for one connection. The HTTP/2 transport
calls it after creating each connection.

MarcZX10 7e5831fcce docs: say APS5_DRAW_PIPELINE is tested for being set 
ShaderMemory.cpp and Draw.cpp enable the draw pipeline whenever the
variable exists, unlike APS5_PIPELINE_DISPATCH, which treats an empty
value and 0 as off.

MarcZX10 953c3a798f docs: give the real size of the prebuild thread pool 
RegistrationPreparePool::Prebuild uses APS5_PREBUILD_THREADS (at least 1)
when set and otherwise max(2, hardware_concurrency() / 2) threads, not
one.
