Alvaro 58f12f318c test(libkernel_sys): drop the Windows linkat symbolic link throw assertion 
The Windows branch only pinned that linkat throws for a symbolic link
without AT_SYMLINK_FOLLOW, an unsupported path. The POSIX checks of the
real behaviour and the argument and error checks stay.

JJenkxandClaude Opus 5.5 bece5871e2 fix(libc): keep NaN payloads in strtof and wcstof as titles' libc.prx does 
strtof and wcstof returned the default quiet NaN for any NAN(...)
sequence. The libc.prx bundled with eleven titles reads the payload as
its strtod does, but into one 32-bit word: a blank after the first group
of digits ends it, the first 8 digits are kept and cut to 24 bits, the
result goes under the quiet bit with the sign, and a zero payload
becomes 1. HexNanPayload now takes the word count, two for double and
one for float, and the NaN table test checks the measured float bits
and end for all 64 inputs.

Allocate more pages for a PRT range than the pool holds and check the range still reads zero, then allocate one page, write it, and check the next allocation is refused the same way.

Unbacked pages of a PRT range are anonymous zero pages, so a failed allocation puts those back with _zeroPrt instead of leaving the range reserved and unreadable.

Dean Galvin e3b5192cb4 fix(libkernel): map PRT-allocated AMM pages through the pool staging 
_ammAllocatePrt took pool pages one at a time and mapped and recorded them run by run, so a failure on run k lost the pool pages of runs k to n. It now maps the unbacked part through AmmPool::MapScattered and returns the range to the reservation if that throws, and the unused _takePoolPages is gone.

Dean Galvin 24e88cd20a fix(libkernel): publish scattered AMM pool pages exactly once 
Move the pool bookkeeping into AmmPool.hpp. A map from a fragmented pool now plans its pages without changing the pool, stages the page and reference records in their own maps, maps the runs, and only then splits the pool and moves the records in with no allocation, so a failed map leaves the pool and the records as they were. Adding a page inserts its reference record first and undoes it if the page record throws.
