PadInput opens every joystick SDL sees, so a controller attached to
the host takes slot 0 and the slot checks abort. The test now exits
with 77, registered as SKIP_RETURN_CODE, when SDL sees any host
joystick before it attaches its virtual controllers.

The stub that moves a hazard scalar compare out of line is checked
through its bytes but never run, so nothing confirms that the compare
still produces the mask it would inline. The x86-64 execution section
now calls the stub for both outcomes of a CMPSS with an unsafe predicate
and checks the destination's lanes.
Linux mlock fails with ENOMEM on PROT_NONE or unmapped pages, such as
reservations. macOS mlock succeeds there without pinning anything, so check
the host region protections first. A page needs read or execute permission,
as in FreeBSD's vm_map_wire_locked.

ApplicationHeap installed process parameters only on Windows and Linux, so
application_heap_lazy had no way to do it on macOS. Use the shared fixture,
as a5a9184e5c does.

CopyOut passed a null source to memcpy for the kern.proc.env query, which reports no data. The copy length is 0 there, but a null source is undefined behavior for memcpy whatever the length, and UBSan reports it in guest_system_configuration. Copy only when there is something to copy.
The plain throwers allocate only a vtable pointer, but the inspection hook copied sizeof(ExceptionObject) bytes of every caught object. Copy the pointer size for the thrower cases and restore the full size afterwards.
Implement iswascii in libc, checking whether a wide character falls within the 7-bit ASCII range (0x00 to 0x7F). Add unit test coverage in GuestRuneLocale.
SDL's WASAPI enumeration drops failures silently: EnumAudioEndpoints or
GetCount errors leave the list empty, and a device whose metadata lookup
fails is left out, so an empty list does not prove there is no default
endpoint. The skip now also requires IMMDeviceEnumerator's
GetDefaultAudioEndpoint(eRender, eConsole), the call SDL's default open
makes, to return ERROR_NOT_FOUND. The probe runs only when the wasapi list
is empty.
audio_out_default_open gains wasapi_zero_default (empty WASAPI list, the
probe finds an endpoint, the default is opened) and checks that the probe
runs only for an empty WASAPI list.

After initialization, sceContentDeleteByPath and sceContentDeleteById threw a bare logic_error for every valid call, so progress.py counted them as done. No source gives the console's error for content that is not in the library, so the valid calls now go through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. The NOT_INITIALIZED and argument errors before it are unchanged.
