DariusandClaude Opus 5.5 6afc7c7f31 feat(libSceLibcInternal): implement __kernel_rem_pio2 
Port FreeBSD 11.4 msun k_rem_pio2.c with the amd64 690-chunk 2/pi
table. Inputs the FreeBSD code would index out of bounds, convert out
of int32 range or overflow on throw instead.
