ionut27001 bda2deec7f docs(libSceSysmodule): scope the measured internal ids to the functions measured 
The debt entry listed the WithArg variants and then the three rejected
ids without saying which functions return 0x805A1000 for them. It now
names the functions measured on firmware 12.70 and states that the
WithArg variants still throw for those ids.

ionut27001 4694459914 fix(libSceSysmodule): reject the internal module ids measured on a PS5 
In a payload process on a PS5 (firmware 12.70), sceSysmoduleIsLoadedInternal,
sceSysmoduleLoadModuleInternal and sceSysmoduleUnloadModuleInternal returned
0x805A1000 for the internal ids 0x8000ffff and 0x80ffff00, which the module
table does not list, and sceSysmoduleIsLoadedInternal did the same for
0x00ffffff. Those ids now return 0x805A1000; every other missing internal id
still throws, since the console's general rule and the WithArg variants are
not measured. The public ids are left to main's measured id list.

The modules these entries were read from record SDK 13.60 (0x13600007)
in their module-param segment, so they are firmware 13.60. Only the
version label changes; the behaviour described is unchanged.
