feat(libSceSpSysCallWrapper): forward sceSpGetPid and sceSpSelect
...
Both are exported by firmware 13.60 libSceSpSysCallWrapper.sprx as a single
jmp to the getpid and select stubs. Forward them and trim the debt entry to
sceSpPthreadMutexattrSetprioceiling.

The earlier entry said the firmware does not export them. It does: each
is a single jump to libScePosix's getpid and select.

The firmware version comes from the SDK 0x13600007 recorded in each module's module-param segment.
