Celegans12 5a717d32a3 feat(custommusicsyscallwrapper): add named inventory exports 
Declare five named CustomMusic system-call wrapper exports from the
firmware 13.60 inventory. Recompute each name's NID and retain the
existing physical provider and reachable canonical public header.

The signatures and behavior remain unknown. Each parameterless int
entry immediately throws; record those limitations in library debt.
Keep the 101 exports reserved by the existing provider PR separate.
