test(libc): include the libc header instead of redeclaring eleven math exports

GuestMathElementary.cpp declared the exports in a local extern block; they
are declared once, in the library's public header, as GuestMath.cpp uses.

test(libc): cover the elementary math exports no test ran

cbrt, cbrtf, acos, atan, atanf, tan, tanf, log2, log2f, sincos and sincosf had no test that ran them. The test checks exactly representable results, the sign of a zero, the infinities, NaN and the NaN a domain error gives, and values near pi/4 and pi/6 within two units in the last place.
