The 11.00 wrapper for sceMbusEventCallbackFuncsInit_ checks the callback pointer before clearing the block; the host checked the byte count instead, so a null pointer with a nonzero size crashed. Match the wrapper and cover the null call, the partial and full clears and the zero-size case in the existing test.
Implement sceMbusConvertToLocalDeviceId, sceMbusConvertToMbusDeviceId and
the same-class case of sceMbusConvertToLocalDeviceId2 from the firmware
13.42 module. A different class needs the Mbus service and throws.
