Apply review request from 2026-11-05: a path that contains mode=memory no longer counts as an in-memory database, so such a URI cannot create a file on the host.
A read-write sqlite3_open_v2 records the database and its -wal, -shm and
-journal paths so sceKernelSync flushes them. File URIs other than
in-memory ones now throw instead of reaching the host path unmapped.
The release archive carries SQLite's licence, and the debt file no
longer lists SQLite among the sources of the remaining names. The test
also checks that a rejected collation registration runs no destructor.
Build SQLite 3.54.1 from the 3rdparty/sqlite submodule, generating its headers and parser with the bundled jimsh, lemon and helper tools, and route the 50 sqlite3_* exports to it through thin guest adapters. Guest callbacks for busy handlers, authorizers, WAL hooks, collations and SQL functions are called through SysV trampolines, and file names are mapped through the guest path resolver.
