BunnyFlandClaude Opus 5.5 579ed87e0d feat(libScePlayReady): implement the version, init-params and buffer-init calls 
Follow firmware 13.42's libScePlayReady.sprx for sceBufferInit,
scePlayReadyBufferInit, scePlayReadyApiInitializeInitParams,
scePlayReadyInitializeInitParams, scePlayReadyApiVersion and
scePlayReadyApiVersionString, and give them their prototypes.
