The test called sceNpWebApiIntInitialize and sceNpWebApiIntCreateRequest
through function types built on local copies of the argument structs,
which clang's function sanitizer reports as undefined behaviour. It now
uses the public structs from Api.hpp and the declared function types.
sceNpWebApiIntCreateRequest's internal arguments are three pointers.
shadPS4 accepts them only when all three are null, so a set field now
throws after the user context check instead of creating a request.
shadPS4 creates the same library context from sceNpWebApiInitializeForPresence,
sceNpWebApiVshInitialize and sceNpWebApiIntInitialize, and checks the
notification callback and its user context before storing it.
