Dean Galvin 755a26d064 fix(libSceNKWebKit): return null from the hit test URL getters when unset 
Apply review request from 2026-11-05, with a merge of main.

The four absolute URL getters of WKHitTestResult return a null reference when the URL was never set, as the pinned WebKit returns null for a null String, instead of a non-null empty URL. The test covers an unset result and the existing set round trips. The throwing export count in the debt entry is recounted against main.

Simon GAYandClaude Sonnet 5.5 b0267e2333 fix(libSceNKWebKit): size the response HTTPHeaderMap at 32 bytes 
Both Vectors of HTTPHeaderMap have inline capacity 0 at the pinned revision;
the 6 of CommonHeadersVector is its minimum capacity, so the map is two
16-byte vectors.

PrivacyOnion 7287e745b0 feat(libSceNKWebKit): implement diagnostic logging keys, MediaTime, MIME registry, JSON values, WTF values and region geometry 
Replace 297 NotImplemented stubs with implementations that follow the WTF and WebCore sources of the PS5 11.x WebKit snapshot published at neonmodder123/PS5-WebKit-11.x@80f77e9 (a personal mirror, not a Sony repository):

- WebCore::DiagnosticLoggingKeys: the key strings and the memory and CPU usage bucketing helpers.
- WTF::MediaTime, WebCore::PlatformTimeRanges and WebCore::TimeRanges: rational time arithmetic, comparison, conversion and range operations.
- WebCore::MIMETypeRegistry and LegacySchemeRegistry: the PlayStation image, media and scheme tables.
- WTF::JSONImpl values, objects and arrays.
- WTF::Persistence encoder, decoder and checksum, WTF::URL accessors and host classification, and WTF::String, StringView and StringImpl helpers.
- WebCore::Region.

Layouts are pinned with static_assert. WTF::MediaTime has a user-provided copy constructor, as upstream, so it is returned through the hidden result pointer. src/Region.cpp and src/DiagnosticLoggingKeys.cpp are ports and keep Apple's BSD notice. Exports whose result would differ from upstream, or that need the WebKit engine, the media player or WTF's double-conversion number formatting, stay NotImplemented_nid_no_patch and are recorded in docs/dev/debt/libSceNKWebKit.md.
