Rename the 24 libfreetype and 8 libSceNpTcs placeholder exports after the
symbols tools/nid_names.py resolves through its pinned aerolib database;
the NID of each name matches its stub. The libfreetype helpers keep their
explicit aliases, as in libSceFreeTypeOt and libSceFreeTypeOl, because
libSceFreeType links FreeType's own FT_* symbols. The libSceNpTcs exports
carry their names, so their NIDs come from them. Every export still throws,
and both libraries export the same NIDs as before.
