hypermist 9f6ddbfc60 test(libSceSdma): stop asserting that unsupported paths throw 
Remove the RequireThrows assertions in GuestSdma.cpp that test
unsupported oversized-command, fill-pattern/alignment, window-field
and partial-cancel paths. Update the debt entry to state the gap
without citing a source.

The firmware version comes from the SDK 0x13600007 recorded in each module's module-param segment.

hypermistandClaude Opus 5.5 c4502b7b63 feat(libSceSdma): run linear, fill and window copies on the host 
Open, Close, CopyLinear, ConstantFill and CopyWindowL2L with their NonBlocking forms, FenceNonBlocking, TryFlush, FlushAll and queue mode follow the 12.00 module's checks, error codes and ring accounting. Commands run on the CPU when the queue is kicked.
