std::filesystem::status does not follow a Windows symbolic link under
MinGW, so the lookup chflags makes saw a link whose target is missing as
an existing file and returned 0. A reparse point in the last component
is now looked up through the target with the guest stat, as FreeBSD 11.4's
namei follows it: a missing target gives ENOENT, and a trailing slash
after a link to a file gives ENOTDIR.

FreeBSD's pollscan clears POLLOUT whenever POLLHUP is set, for every
descriptor. 64ca6e332 applied that to pipes, but a stream socket whose
peer has closed and whose own sending side is shut down still reported
POLLOUT next to POLLHUP, because Linux's poll sets both. Linux sets
POLLHUP only once both directions are shut, the same condition as
FreeBSD, so poll now clears POLLOUT from any entry that reports POLLHUP
there.
Apply the firmware 13.42 module-probe report in PR #9506: all four DNS calls check initialization first; getters return EINVAL for null outputs or nonzero flags; setters reject flags before reading guest memory. Keep the checked input copy and document EFAULT as host safety, not firmware behavior. Use the current public Net.hpp declarations in the regression.
Rebased onto upstream e7e3e9c198. Ubuntu 24.04, GCC 13.3, Release: actual libc/libkernel/libSceNet libraries and both focused test executables built. guest_sce_net passes. A separate harness linked against those unmodified libraries passes initialization, errno, invalid flags, unreadable-input flag precedence, null clearing and unchanged-output checks. The full guest_net_dns_info test is blocked here: process_vm_readv is denied with EPERM by the execution environment. No full DNS regression pass is claimed. Public-header audit, conventions, test registration and whitespace checks pass.
The resolver still uses host DNS; IPv6 host-server discovery and firmware server-count behavior remain debt. Firmware evidence: https://github.com/boykopovar/AnyPS5/pull/9506#issuecomment-6390574180

Implement pthread_attr_setcreatesuspend_np, pthread_resume_np,
pthread_resume_all_np and pthread_multi_np with the sce forms
scePthreadAttrSetcreatesuspend, scePthreadResume, scePthreadResumeAll
and scePthreadMulti, following FreeBSD 11.4 libthr and the firmware
13.42 libkernel_sys module. A thread created suspended waits before its
start routine, outside any cancellation point, until it is resumed.
sceKernelRaiseException throws on Windows for a thread still suspended
at creation.
A handler that read the mask and put it back with SIG_SETMASK stored its
own signal, which sigprocmask reports from the hold, in the process mask
and cleared the hold, so the signal stayed blocked after the handler
returned. pselect, setcontext and a siglongjmp inside the handler replace
the mask the same way. When the handler's own thread releases a hold, the
signal now gets back its bit from before the handler when the handler
returns, as FreeBSD's sigreturn puts back the mask from before it. A mask
another thread sets meanwhile is kept.
A clock id with CPUCLOCK_PROCESS_BIT threw in clock_gettime and
clock_getres. FreeBSD 11 get_cputime reads the process's CPU time, or
fails with EINVAL when pget finds no such process, and kern_clock_getres
gives every CPU clock the CPU time resolution without a lookup. The
guest's own process clock now reads CLOCK_PROCESS_CPUTIME_ID, any other
fails with EINVAL, as kill already finds no other process.
Main's #10706 moves the declarations of exported functions and their types
into the libraries' public headers, and gives WaitForPendingInSet a
KernelTimespec timeout. The merge keeps this branch's DeliverUnblockedPending
and ChangeBlockedMask with main's KernelTimespec. It takes main's side of
the declarations in GuestSignalSets.cpp, whose setjmp and longjmp this
branch had added and libc's Api.hpp now declares. GuestSignalHandlerMask.cpp
includes the libkernel and libc public headers in place of its own
declarations and GuestSignalSet and GuestSigaction types, as the
public_headers audit requires.
FreeBSD 11.4's kern_settimeofday rejects a timeval with a microsecond
field outside 0 to 999999 or a negative second field with EINVAL before
changing anything, sets the clock from a valid timeval, and then stores
the timezone, which gettimeofday reports. settimeofday now checks the
timeval the same way and throws for a valid one, as clock_settime does,
because the host clock is not changed. A timezone given without a
timeval is stored and gettimeofday reports it instead of 0 and 0.

The PS5 3.20 export lists have swapcontext in libkernel as well as
libkernel_sys, and on Windows a libkernel import never reaches
libkernel_sys. The assembly entry in UserContext.cpp now is
swapcontext_nid_postfix, and the libkernel_sys jump stub is gone.
Main's #9618 has lstat fill a local FileStat and copy it out to the guest.
The merge keeps that and this branch's module lookup in the same call, so an
original .prx name still resolves to its relinked .guest.prx.
