SnekPolylepisandClaude Opus 5.5 1027e1d2ad feat(prx): return 0x802A00FF from two AvSetting exports on 13.42 
sceAvSettingSetDisplayBlackLevel and sceAvSettingTerm return 0x802A00FF
and do nothing else on firmware 13.42, measured by BunnyFl in an
emulator with null, small and all-ones arguments.
