The following nine state helpers in [PendingExportsRound7.cpp](../../../core/libs/prx/libSceNpCommon/PendingExportsRound7.cpp) are implemented from firmware 13.60 static analysis. Ghidra 12.1.4 decompilation and instruction inspection show the exported entries and field operations below. Unreadable or null host-mapped guest objects return false for predicates, and null clear targets are ignored as defensive emulator fallbacks. Failed clear copies are not atomic: on a partially accessible destination, a writable prefix may be zeroed before the copy reports failure (notably on Linux with `process_vm_writev`). The firmware functions themselves do not have null branches. No console runtime test was available.
