Fix-up on fogydes's change: resolve the conflicts with main's chunk scan,
input stream and scePngDecDecodeWithInputControl. Decode and ParseHeader
copy the PNG bytes in as before and run main's chunk scan on the copy,
decoding the scanned chunks. Delete forgets the input stream before
clearing the context. The debt entry now names the input-control call,
which still reads its parameters directly.
