libSceSysCore technical debt

Unknown function info

• Additional SysCore exports - the seven name/NID pairs below are defined exports in the 13.60 inventory. Their signatures and behavior are unverified. Parameterless int declarations are import placeholders, not verified ABI prototypes; every call throws through NotImplemented_nid_no_patch. No application, coredump or debugger behavior is implemented.

• sceApplicationGetAppInfoByAppId takes a 32-bit application ID and a writable 152-byte record. The service fills the record through IPC; its complete field layout remains unresolved. The SystemService caller consumes a subrecord beginning at byte 48.

• _sceApplicationGetAppId, sceApplicationAddProcess2, sceApplicationBeginSclkChange, sceApplicationBlockingKill2, sceApplicationBlockingKill3, sceApplicationContinue, sceApplicationCrashSyscore, sceApplicationCrashSystemProcess (libSceSysCore) - The list is the intersection of the export table of the console's libSceSysCore (function symbols only), the pinned aerolib names and the functions not yet defined anywhere in the repo. Names and NIDs are present in the PS5 3.20 export inventory and the verified NID name database, but no credible prototypes were found. They are declared without parameters solely to resolve known imports; this is not an ABI claim and callers must not call them until signatures are verified.
