JAB-devandClaude Sonnet 5.5 4b0c16a173 fix(libSceAudioOut): report not-initialized, null-pointer and flag errors from sceAudioOut2GetSpeakerInfo ...

sceAudioOut2GetSpeakerInfo now returns the SDK AudioOut2 errors: not initialized before sceAudioOut2Initialize, invalid pointer for a null result and invalid param for flags above 1. sceAudioOut2Initialize records that it ran.
