Adrià FranchandClaude d92ebfa882 fix(agc): validate mesh index descriptors on cached draws (reapply #5791) ...

Reapplies #5791 (reverted by #6552). agc_driver_mesh_index_cache now skips
on llvmpipe like agc_driver_mesh does: llvmpipe aborts compiling these mesh
programs (LLVM ERROR: Cannot emit physreg copy), which is what turned main's
linux job red.
