Return the kerning between two character codes at the render scale of the font, the one set by sceFontSetupRenderScalePixel and sceFontSetupRenderScalePoint, and fail with NOT_BOUND_RENDERER when no renderer is bound. sceFontGetKerning keeps its behaviour and shares the FreeType lookup.
