frankea 59b3d54765 fix(http2): reject a null WebSocket text or data before the request id ...

libSceHttp2.sprx (firmware 13.40) returns 0x817B11FE for a null text or data, together with the non-null option check, before it looks the request id up; the flags, data size and async option are not checked before the connection check. Read from the module, not measured on a console.
