WKURLResponseCopyURL returns null for an unset URL, as toCopiedURLAPI does at the pinned source, and WKURLResponseGetExpectedContentLength returns the uint32_t of the pinned C API (stored as 64 bits). The test expects the null URL, checks that 4294967297 and -1 return 1 and UINT32_MAX, and releases the references it takes. Add a debt entry for the six getters.
