Dean Galvin 7f2c2a51c3 test(libkernel): give the module image protection test its own .elf0 module ...

The shared guest_memory_module gained a .elf0 section, so on Windows its
data was no longer counted against flexible memory and
CheckGuestModuleUsesFlexibleMemory failed. Build the .elf0 variant as a
separate guest_memory_elf0_module, keep the shared module as on main, and
check that a .guest.prx module without .elf0 is rejected.
