MarcZX10 75974d12b6 docs(libSceVoiceChat): sceVoiceChatAbortRequest is not an offline SIGNED_OUT request ...

Old claim: the "Unknown function info" entry lists sceVoiceChatAbortRequest among the
requests that return SIGNED_OUT (0x80550006) offline.

What the code does: sceVoiceChatAbortRequest ignores its argument and returns 0, not
SIGNED_OUT; the other sceVoiceChatRequest* exports return offlineRequest(), which logs
and returns SIGNED_OUT. The Silent stubs entry already says AbortRequest returns 0.
