Gabrieljr42 78bf409ec5 feat(libSceAjm): parse CRC-protected and non-stereo MP3 metadata frames

Parse Xing/Info and LAME tags across candidate offsets covering both CRC-protected and unprotected streams, and accept VBRI headers at byte 36 for non-stereo / MPEG-2 frames. Reject non-Layer-3 streams with SCE_AJM_ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER without throwing.

Progress: sceAjmDecMp3ParseFrame implemented (libSceAjm.native: 19/40 -> 20/40, 50.0%)
