Eduardo Ruiz 8ed02595bc feat(libSceContentSearch): implement the application queries ...

Recover the signatures of sceContentSearchGetNumOfApplication, sceContentSearchGetApplicationLastUpdateId and sceContentSearchGetMyApplicationIndex from the 11.00 module wrappers and answer them from the empty host library: zero applications, update id 0 and application index 0. The wrappers establish the pointer/length pair checks, the 64-bit update-id output, the 32-bit index output and the initialization and null-pointer error order. sceContentSearchSearchApplication and the metadata and AV-event exports still throw.
