Dean Galvin 99c15da054 Merge branch 'main' into feat/libressl3-signature-algorithms ...

Keep both test targets in libSceLibreSsl3/CMakeLists.txt and both debt
entries; recount the callable-export lines on the merged tree: 145 callable
exports (135 named, 10 known only by NID) and 102 of the 126 NID-only exports
carrying a name.

Fix-up on atharvjairath's change.
